- Updated netbox_nagios to work on Netbox 3
- Correctly deal with devices that don't have names.
- Additional \n for icinga2 livestatus on query needed.
- Also show the status for Virtual Machines.
- Added settings to make the plugin more generic.
- Add 3 second timeout and be very defensive to not break Netbox.
- Include template files in wheel.
