Merge MIDI example from Nupic

(only working for OSX)

I don't think this example exists? There is an audio example, but it uses
input from the system mic, not MIDI.

Ah, my bad. But even then, parsing sound from mic would be cool to have here!

The original hack code doesn't exist anymore. But we believe the data and script parsers they used are here; https://github.com/jinpan/Musenta
