On tests/images.html the linked avif file seems to be missing

Also, some of the resources are blocked from loading on Firefox browser with a console message saying:

A resource is blocked by OpaqueResponseBlocking, please check browser console for details.

This OpaqueResponseBlocking on Firefox seems to break css-object.html, html-srcset.html and html-picture.html as well
