Noirscape (album) should include details from personal Bandcamp release

Noirscape is released in two places:

Although we referred to both for the track list (and additional names), we are missing commentary/blurbs from both Bandcamp releases, and don't directly link to the personal one at all in commentary. (Add a wiki editor comment, or call the citations for the personal release commentary blurbs sufficient.)
