Nothing appears when "elastic.showResultAsDocument" is false #43

When setting "elastic.showResultAsDocument": false, no results appear. But the command does get executed. Only if setting to the default of true do results appear.

I see there's been no activity in this repo or issues for a long time. Is this project still maintained?

Unable to set this option either.

Update:
Cloned the repo, rebuilt the extension and manually deployed and it now works as advertised.

@rusty-1-shaun Could you please describe the steps you did for cloning the repo and rebuilding the extension so I can try it?

Now you can see results when setting elastic.showResultAsDocument to false while before your fix you couldn't see results?
