solved with URL parameters, something like:

http://localhost:3030/leaderboard/?aggregate&currentPage=1&pageSize=10

  • uses MongoDB aggregations with multiple piplines
  • after merging Scope #20, a new param could be added for also taking in consideration the "scope" for grouping by it
