Patient relocation logic errors

when relocating patients, we unassign their material/devices. If a device has been attached to a patient via an action, it is unassigned nonetheless which shouldn't happen.
This likely isn't the only logic error
patients also lose the initially assigned "Beatmungsgerät" when being relocated

We'd need to reimplement this. Attaching a device to a patient should not be a separate action. This is the root cause of these logic errors
