Related to #642

  • Get activity score ranges from CPIC data
  • If no strong inhibitor taken, divide user's activity score by factor defined in inhibitors and show new phenotype as for strong inhibitors
  • If a user takes multiple moderate inhibitors, count as a strong inhibitor
  • If the activity score is a range (might be the case for ultrarapid) divide both extrema, could result in multiple phenotypes
