Related to #642

Get activity score ranges from CPIC data
If no strong inhibitor taken, divide user's activity score by factor defined in inhibitors and show new phenotype as for strong inhibitors
If a user takes multiple moderate inhibitors, count as a strong inhibitor
If the activity score is a range (might be the case for ultrarapid) divide both extrema, could result in multiple phenotypes
