Warfarin is too complex to check automatically (see https://github.com/hpi-dhc/PharMe-Annotations/issues/5) – should add it as "Indeterminate" and add a descriptive standard text.

Genes to include (manually): CYP2C9 (already in CPIC lookups), VKORC1, CYP4F2, and CYP2C rs12777823

Text: “More information is needed to calculate your Warfarin dose. Consult [standard part]”

  • Add basic Warfarin entry with CPIC link to annotations (see https://github.com/hpi-dhc/PharMe-Annotations/issues/5)
  • Update Anni
  • Add custom Warfarin texts
  • Test what happens if genes present with genotypes for non-CPIC genes ➡️ as expected, not mapped (which is good)
  • Fix that genotype says "Not tested" for genes unknown to CPIC (it should just display the lab result)
