Style arrows on ways to be less obtrusive #57

On ways, the arrows are quite obtrusive and too large, particularly when the ways is a roundabout.

One example:
selection_039

As far as I know, the arrows can't be styled independent of the way's width. I sent out an email to josm-dev and mapcss to confirm this.

was notified of this; still not fixed in JOSM but now tracked at https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/18211
