Labels overlayed by landuse areas

Not sure if this is a bug with ours or an issue with the tagging, there is leisure=park on one closed way and on another area=yes , highway=pedestrian on an overlapping way.

For what it's worth, this also occurs in the default JOSM style.

OK, but anyway labels should not been overlapped by areas
