differentiate among areas tagged as building=*

right now, areas tagged building=* are all rendered the same. They should be differentiated; for example; building=school ;

+1, I think this should be implemented.

Talked about this with @jaakkoh a couple weeks back. He made a really good point that there's the coloredbuildings.de preset (available on the JOSM preset list) although it adds german names to many buildings that have values that are not 'yes'

So, up in the air whether or not to leave this open.
