Label position

Hi,
I try to explain my "problem" ....
How you can see I have this gauge (in fact are many more) and I have difficult to understand to which gauge label refer ....
I always watch the lower label, not the upper ...
Well, is possible to have the label under the gauge?

It is of course possible to do. But it's not an easy task. As the label is part of svg and all the elements are positioned carefully to maintain the look for many different configuration possibilities the rearrangement will take a lot of work.

Unfortunately I have a ton of other responsibilities to cover before I could do this.
