Push the sdk to pip/conda

Having the repo available on pip/conda would simplify the access to the wrapper for everyone.

It's questionable whether this has any added benefit. Any python package repo can be loaded as a dependency, e.g. pip and conda, thereby allowing most of the tools to use the package natively through the package manager.
