👋 Fix: edit cards dialog scrolling behavior

Description

This design addresses a bug in the UI of editing/creating cards in the dashboard. If the content of the properties of the edit/create dialog is too long, upon scrolling, the tabs and card preview become hidden, which breaks the UI pattern of MD2.
