Control of icon and color in new badges based on state

Currently the icon and color of the new badge is static. If you want to set the color and icon of a badge based on state, you need to create multiple badges, one for each state, and use visibility control based on the state to control which badge appears. This works but is kludgey, especially for a sensor with a lot of states. Please add the ability to control the icon and color of a badge based on state.
