Add description field to scripts

Currently Automations support a description field:

Scripts on the other hand only seem to have a Name

As I develop more complex scripts I'd like the ability to have a description for what they actually do.

Well, actually scripts do have a description in the schema, but it will only show in the YAML.
I think this a case of missing feature parity where the description with markdown and everything should be handled in scripts UI-editor the same as it is being handled in the automation UI-editor.
Then when opening a script in the UI-editor the authors instructions or the things to remember (or whatever was important enough to be there) will be the first thing to see.
This would make feature parity between the 2 editors.

Idea was also pointed out in the forums. When it was asked I had assumed that it worked this way, as logically it should, but currently it does not.
