tabs in settings should always display title on Mobile UI

Objective:
On mobile Tabs inside settings don't show the title of the tabs by default. Only the currently active tab shows a title. While this is a great marker for active tab, some problems do arise.

You can't really see the tabs that are available to the user when entering a settings page because you only see icons. To get an idea what you will find here, you have to tap every tab to see the title.
Especially in parts like Devices & services: the concept of integrations, devices and entities is already hard to grasp for a new user. Icons can't really be indication enough for the differences. So relying on those makes it even harder.

Proposal:
Display the title of the tabs always and use accent color only to show active tab. Maybe bold fonts could be of use to.

PS: maybe adding the same icons to the tabs on desktop would be beneficial, too.
