Do you mean open tab and open search? You create new command (in Command dialog) to search a specific tab: copyq show TAB_NAME filter SEARCH_TERM
copyq show TAB_NAME filter SEARCH_TERM

You basically just need a command to switch to a certain tab. Or you could modify the "search all tabs" Command to ask the tab it should search in.
Man, these commands are amazing.
Is it possible to search everywhere, not just on the current tab?
