Purge chain only clears the primary chain, not the frontier chain on 3.3.0 dev.

Not sure this is a bug, but "edgeware purge-chain --chain beresheet" only clears the beresheet chain DB and not the frontier chain DB.

This sounds like something better placed in the frontier repo imo or substrate. I’m not too familiar with the purge script.
