Reproduction steps

1. Click on the “Toutnaments” button.
2. Scroll to “Create a new tournament”.
3.Select the “Starts at (Europe/Moscow)” window.
4. Click on the “Calendar” icon.
5. Select any date that has already passed
6. Click on the “Create” button

Expected result

The system will not allow the user to create a tournament with a date that has already passed.
