You might see the error message missing prefix hcloud:// within your cloud controller logs. This message indicates that you didn't set up your cluster with:

Environment="KUBELET_EXTRA_ARGS=--cloud-provider=external"

(See Step 1. of our README.md)

You need to recreate the whole cluster with this flag. Setting the flag and restarting the kubelet won't work!
