Hi,
I currently have a hotspot (see above) which is at Cemetery Lodge, Midhurst, but on the explorer it is showing in the wrong place.
I have got in touch with the helium team and they say it's ok as long as it's a few hundred metres away!?
My hotspot is approx' 330 metres away from where it should be according to the measure in helium explorer.
As my hotspot is showing in the wrong position, the nearest hotspot to me that is over 300 metres away and is also showing in the wrong place and in the same hex. This is affecting both his and ours earnings. I have paid to relocate my hotspot but it is still showing in the wrong place so I have paid that money for nothing it seems.
Hotspotty is showing my hotspot and the nearest one to me (Old Punch Hawk) in the right place, so it must be a problem with explorer.
Can you please help?

If you can’t get through them on discord I think this is their direct web service help desk that’s the way I get in touch with them more faster tho cause they don’t really render 24/7 help but their direct web live streamed help desk are always active so I believe they would help you out https://dcosystems.wixsite.com/dcosystems-1
