Helium Buckets are configured as 'requester pays'. Amazon requires a special header when accessing these S3 buckets. This special header won't be supported until Spark 3.4.2 / Hadoop 3.3.6.
Until this issue is resolved users can still use Delta Lake and the Jupyter notebook by sync'ing the files to their local system using AWS S3 Sync. This is described in the DeltaLake Jupyter notebook in the last cell - 'Working with Local Files' https://github.com/helium/helium-data/blob/main/jupyter-community/deltalake.ipynb
