how to use wing cap?

im sorry for sound dumb, but i dont know how to use the wing cap, i know there is no vanish neither metal one, but it looks like the wing cap is?

the wing cap is not implemented in the mod yet.

i'm still contemplating whether to replace the jetpack with it, or have the wing cap as its' own separate thing
