Anytime Mario enters an interior, there's basically a coin toss on whether he spawns inside like normal or completely clips through the interior, which most likely softlocks the player in an invisible version of the world. The only way out is to reload or die.

which interiors have you tested to trigger this bug?

i think.. they might meant those bugs from when the interior was rendering.
