Relative line numbers do not work #12

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

VS Code Version: 1.90.0
OS Version: Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce:

Set line numbers to relative
Open a file.
Press Ctrl+K, Ctrl+D on a function to focus on it.
Notice the line numbers are not relative any more.

They still work when you open a file though. It's only when you focus on a subset of the file, they fail.
