changes to some of the defaults in the ui

I think some of the defaults of the UI could be improved and I thought we could discuss in an issue

• default name for new modes is in meeting for no apparent reason. Maybe we could call it unnamed-{1...2}
• default name for messages in the methods is my_message which is hard to type over and over again. I always change it to msg first thing, and I was wondering if we could make that change official
• I don't see why we import spacy by default. having a comment like #add imports here seems more reasonable
• new rules should not be collapsed by default

• the page should be able to load itself when the client is done. we can simply check for is_initialized on ImapAccount
