My Question is i have website on wayback machine fully designed which i want to download and upload as it was look like before fully designed and functionally..

And body can help how can i do it
Its my own site so i need it much also it can help many to recover in this way

Can't be done, you need to do it using file access to the web server.

This wool will only let you get a static copy of the site.
