Included requirements.txt for dependencies:

The objective of this file is to ease while installing dependency, you don't want someone to run in error because several
modules not found on their system.

*For example one could not have oauth2client installed in their system , he/she will face error no module namedoauth2client` found.
To avoid this we write all the modules required in this file along with the version number something like this

Flask==0.12.0
Jinja2==2.8.1
gunicorn==19.6.0


*So now when someone runs:

pip install -r requirements.txt

(regardless of any missing dependency they will be able to smoothly install your app.)
