For the vaults that have staked their collateral, the cancel redeem with reimburse=true will not slash the collateral. Add the logic to unstake the collateral and slash it.

I wanna deploy this repo to a different btc node... And I wanna ask this...

  1. where do I find installation steps for the bridge to eth...?
  2. this codes is it any BTC node to eth Bridge (or it can only work harmaony node)?
  3. does it have frontend?
