Install
git
(https://git-scm.com/downloads). Choose Linux or Mac OS and follow the relevant instructions. -
Install
miniconda
(https://docs.conda.io/en/latest/miniconda.html). Look for the latest Python release (3.9 at the time of the workshop) and download the installer. Run the installer. -
Pull the workshop GitHub repo (git clone https://github.com/hanveiga/amld-2021-repML.git). Navigate into the repo
cd amld-2021-repML

Create the conda environment
conda env create -f environment.yml
and activate itconda activate amld21repML
. -
Fire up Jupyter
jupyter notebook
and you're ready to run the workshop notebooks!
