Colors are not honoring VS preferences #4

Make font color, background color and typeface reflect the preferences in Tools>Options>Environment>Fonts and Colors>Folder Difference. I'm having trouble reading the lines since I'm using a dark themed Visual Studio.
Also, the font and background color of the column headers and the background in the list (without items) doesn't match.

Hi,
I really like this extension, and have recommended it to my colleagues.
Another problem (which might be related) is that all icons are set to the light/blue theme when in dark mode.
