当halo的用户使用作者权限，申请的个人令牌，无法在Obsidian进行发布文章。

需要获取文章管理员的权限才可以发布文章。可能会导致文章安全问题。

可以考虑将所有 API 更改为个人中心的 API，然后就可以在创建个人令牌的时候仅勾选 允许管理自己的文章。
