This should be possible, it will just take some research. This will make testing closer to production.
#88 can be used to test with real data rather than what's currently used.

(Also per conversation between matthew and mason in #cwru on irc.case.edu at 11am on 15/04/24)

It looks like Travis (probably) doesn't support custom docker containers. I am currently looking into using self hosted Jenkins instead (http://ci.case.edu:8080). This is solidly a next-version feature.

Progress on #112 effectively closes this.
