Add Addon Repo Url to Install Instructions

Describe the issue

The HACS download instructions could/should also contain the repo URL for manually adding, in case the HA link (mylink does not work, or in my case, when setting up a second installation, where I don't want to change my HA link just to add this repo. It was a bit cumbersome to manually find the URL.
