Describe the feature you'd like

Some admin settings should not be changed once judging has started (namely tracks and groups). These should be DISABLED and visibly so. There should also be info at the top of settings that notifies users of this.

Right now u can basically change anything at any time (which is quite bad)...

Ideally, there should be a lock icon at the top of the page that prevents these fields from being edited. And there should be a way for users to "unlock" the options.
