What Happened?

If you open a popup the judging timer is supposed to pause. However, if you wait 5 mins in the "paused" state, it will say timer is up! Something is not pausing correctly...

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open judge page to a project
  2. Start Judging
  3. Click a popup
  4. Wait for more than 5 mins
  5. Unpause the timer and it should say time is up!
