Can't comment on Answers

Askers can't comment on an Answer, only answer there question in response.

personally I'd put the comments box under the answer, as imo the answer is more important than the comments and so it should come first. As an insporation you could take stackoverflow, for instance this question: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/17821804/ruby-shoes4-how-does-sample13-work
I'm not saying we should copy stackoverflow, but sometimes it's good to provide people with an interface they are used to (conceptually) and that has proven to work.
