Detailed spec:
Write python code using Rauth to authenticate to Amazon User Pools using OAuth. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognito/latest/developerguide/cognito-user-identity-pools.html
Confirm that data is accessible after authentication, OAuth code should exist in views.py
