Publish to npm

It would be great if this was published to npm. It would allow a simple npm install -g kube-ldap-client-go-exec-plugin instead of downloading and renaming the binary.

This would also require a bin entry in package.json. https://docs.npmjs.com/files/package.json#bin

Interesting idea. The reason why i went with downloadable binaries is that this Plugin should not require any dependencies (Like npm and node) since not everyone is a JS developer. But for people working with npm this would definitely be an improvement
