Describe the bug

The apiUrl should not be cached, as this avoids changing the apiUrl afterwards.

To Reproduce

See gyselroth/balloon-client-desktop/issues/237

Expected behavior

The apiUrl should not be cached

Environment

balloon-node-sync version: <= v0.6.4
