功能栏图标排列建议 #256

就是能不能从左到右排列这些图标，也就是居左排列，比较符合点击习惯

现在如果只选择了1-3个图标的话，会居右排列

当前菜单栏的设计参考了微信输入法的居右，主要是为了避免与开启花漾字的菜单冲突，后续这一块我继续优化，争取实现可以自定义。
