Make some subplots optional

We could add to the options selector some switches that control which of the additional plots (like cloud cover or winds) are shown in both the ensemble and deterministic pages.

Depending on how many plots we need to do we change the rows on the subplot created at the beginning but we leave the height of the final plot untouched so that it will fill the entire screen size!
