Allow TS_USERSPACE config

Thanks for the chart! Saves me writing one.

The only thing I've found that I can't configure is the TS_USERSPACE environment variable. Would you consider adding the ability to configure it? I've tested and as long as you add the NET_ADMIN capability setting TS_USERSPACE to "false" works just fine.
