Could not create content with type page

I have structured my Docs confluence site using the format:

/display/DOC/Draft+Documentation for Drafts of documents that I'm creating.

/display/DOC/Released+Documentation for final versions of the documents.

I get this result when I run the command:

asciidoctor-confluence --host https://confluence.example.com --spaceKey DOC/Draft+Documentation --title "Class Assessment" --username jared.morgan --password ****** Class_Assessment.adoc 
An error occurred, the page has not been created because:
Could not create content with type page

I was hoping this tool would:

• Work over HTTPS
• Allow me to push pages at any level

but it doesn't appear as though this is the case.

Is there something wrong at my end?

What scope does this tool allow. The README may need some tweaks (which I'm happy to do) to explain the limitations.
