Cannot open UDS on Windows. #2857

Problem description

On Windows it seems ASP.NET Core supports hosting a gRPC service and listen to UDS, but it seems grpc-js can't connect to that uds on Windows.

Reproduction steps

Create a gRPC service on Windows and listen to UDS.
Create a channel to it

Environment

OS name, version and architecture: Windows 11 24H2
Node version 20
Node installation method nvm
