Thank you for your work, and it would be more beneficial if you could provide different sample Eggnog Annotation information in the Study Downloads interface of the study, thank you very much again

Hi @sjy-eyujun , thanks for your interest! I'm not 100% sure I understand your request; what type of eggNOG annotations/files are you looking for? Annotations at genome (MAG) level, or on entire assemblies?
