Hi again,

I'm not able to find this information in any of the downloads, but presumably is known?

TIA

Hi! I am looking for the same information: the link between genome IDs and their microntologies. It seems like it could be scraped from the website - is it already generated as a file somewhere?

Thanks!

Just following up on this - is there a way to filter a list of genomes by the study or habitat?
