Question about the data

Sorry not sure where else to ask this as the data used to be housed here.

In file GALAXY_mOTUs_v25.tsv here https://zenodo.org/records/14243685
The third column should have hteame of a taxa but instead it just lists -1. Which microbe is this? Is it possible to link this to one of the taxa in motus2GTDB?

"-1" in mOTUs is the "unassigned fraction". This is derived from reads that didn't map against anything.
